Thanks, this pointed me in the right direction, the 2014 Fusion is a bit different and I don't like the menu format, should be more intuitive.
Odd question, but is the 2014 Fusion still working well for you now? I’m looking to buy one and I heard they are reliable cars 🙂
@@ajaysodumb There are a few recall issues, nothing really major. Ours is still running fine with 130,000 + miles.

My phone is connected and it shows when I get a call & the title of songs that's playing, but there's no sound. I can't hear any music or caller when someone calls. Did I do something wrong?

Please help me out I was able to connect with my other phone and then I got a new phone and he says couldn't connect it doesn't let me connect
I had to disconnect the battery for a second to kinda reset everything and then i was able to connect

@@ceo_in_the_making4767 I figured it out, you have to click the voice command and say "Bluetooth audio" note you have to already connect your phone to your car and have it connect. Also you have click the voice command and say it every time you want to connect Bluetooth audio when you start your car

First you have to go to your cell phone in settings and edit the phone name to your name

My phone calls will connect but not my music. What do I do
I literally hit phone and absolutely nothing happens. I can’t even get a response after I hit the phone button. Not to mention, when I hit media it totally redirects it to the radio. It ain’t even cooperate and go to media sync.

@@whyareyousopoor2478 ended up getting a whole new dash kit and radio and it even had a screen for the radio and the ac so no more buttons will roughly cost u 500$ about but looks hella nice n it’s worth it with Apple car play etc.
