- I purchased a new Pioneer AVH-210EX in dash touch screen radio DVD player to replace the Kenwood in my 1997 Lincoln Town Car. In this video I will install the new radio and see if it works the way I am hoping.

Did u have to cut the vents im getting ready to install one in my 95 but my ac works dont want to loose that
Yes, for the head unit to fit I had to cut the vent shaft out. The air still works, I plan to fabricate something to put in to seal it and still allow the radio to recess into the dash fully but I had to cut it or it wouldn't fit. I was willing to sacrifice a little air pressure to ensure I could use the stereo, but I omitted this detail because I didn't want people to cut theirs out thinking it was the correct way to do it.
Did you ever figure out a diff way? Same issue.

if you would turn off the background music i might be able to hear you talking. that is so damn annoying in videos.
What is the switch on the dash for?
It turns on thr ac compressor. Had to bypass due to some electrical issue. I haven't heard car parked right now until I figure out what is causing these electrical problems.
