Just made these without the white choc chips. They’re amazing and easy to do. Tastes just like the subway ones and way cheaper.

I'm here because Subway stoped selling those in Costa Rica
Also in the UAE , I don't know why
I just made these, and I feel like they were too soft and fell apart easy. Almost had a cake-like consistency. Any suggestions?
Do they freeze well?
Yes they do, you can keep them good for a long time if you are willing to freeze them.
I couldn't find the raspberry muffin mix so I made a strawberry one instead but same ingredients.
Same. I found the raspberry mix on Amazon.
Is the butter salted?
Yes

What if I don’t have the jiffy? Will fresh raspberries work?
Unfortunately I don’t think fresh raspberries would work for this. Sorry!

Try to get into the habit of cracking your eggs into a small bowl and check for shells. Then add to your mixture.
Crack eggs on a flat surface (countertop) and not on the edge of a pan. Edges will push pieces of shell inside, while flat surfaces will not!
they're whiter than the walls and look soo underbaked 😮 ooor you heavily overexpose but the rest is not that bright soo..
