I know I know lol 42q is too long being 43 feet but what a 40a? What did you hear about the Canyon Star revamp?
@@rayworline4095 we didn't hear much accept there should be a refresh sometime in 2025. I like what Newmar has done this year with its updates and I'm excited to see what's next for the Canyon Star. Maybe we can get more info at the SuperShow next month.
Hi John and Sherri. We went from tent camping with our 3 boys for over 20 years to a 26 foot travel trailer. We traded that for a 30 foot Evo travel trailer and we just traded that last month for a 32 foot class C Forest River Sunseeker!
We’re Air Force retirees and part time rv campers.
Wow! You've been at this for a while😎😊👍. I wish we discovered RVing when our son was young. You must have made some awesome memories.
We love meeting other vets. Have you ever camped on military bases?
Would love to hear how you like your newest RV. Safe travels!
We’ve camped in military campgrounds at Camp Pendleton, Seal Beach, Coronado, Lemore, Travis AFB. So yea we’re from California, but we’re in Charleston SC now since 2 years ago. We’re doing a week in the NC outer banks this July.
I told u guys Forestriver stepped it up big time in 21 I bought a 2023 6 k miles no problems as of yet while other manufacturers went backwards forest river is trying 😂
LOL! Yes you did! Glad to hear your's has been problem free! 😊😎
Not a fan of Forest River but it looks ok, agree they tried. The kitchen counter space was nice feature.
This was our first time touring a Forest River. We usually try to avoid the brands that are considered lower quality but one of our viewers requested it. There are rumors that FR is trying to increase their quality. So we thought we'd give it a try. Counter space is so important and most RVs ignore it. Cooking outside is nice but when you spend time in your RV you really need the prep space. Thanks for watching!
I’m so glad y’all found this model. I looked and looked lol
It was well hidden. Took us two days to find it. Not even the Forest River rep could tell us where it was located. He didn't even know it was there.
I really like the layout of this. Yup. 😊
Yes. Nice layout and a good budget option.
@AmpedtoGlamp Probably the best starting place for me when I'm together!
Ask yourself if you want to watch TV with your NECK turned the whole time. Its a terrible layout
I don't know how much I'd watch the TV, I'd work sumthing out tho.
Not really applying just to you. But the average person this layout is BAD @@oddlyme9659
Good layout for a family, if but two people use the bunks for other things.
Agreed, I think there's lots you can do with it.
(And, diesel fumes a bit tuff for my nose so gas is what I will need. )
Nope don’t trust FR to many negative product and customer service stories. We love our Bounder❤
The quality in the Bounder was much better but I think this RV is a good budget option over something like a Thor.
Right of the bat, you skipped the most important exterior side.
Unfortunately we were at an RV show and didn't have access to the other side.
One Lithium Battery will not last a day boondocking with that fridge. Wait and buy it used for half the price in about 6 months. The slide will be a Quality Nightmare. I'd give them 25K for it. Its not worth the asking price NO WAY
😂 - be serious!
