I been debating on buying doll clothes from Amazon but wasn't sure about the fit. I need clothes for broad Ken dolls and curvy Barbies.

I think Ken clothing fits curvy. And most of those are pretty unisex pieces. The shirts 👔 open, with a cute top, might look pretty awesome!!!
