Hello, I got a gamestick lite. And hooked everything up and I can load the games and choose 1 or 2 players but then it tells you to press start when I do it doesn't start the game. My gamestick is hanging from the back of the tv and you can't see it. Could that be the problem.
how to save games ? it gets stuck at 0%. i try to close the game and get black screen and how to delete the favorites list? i have to remove 1 by 1 (about 300 games)

i have this problem where the ps1 games wouldn't open it just crashes and goes back to the lobby then when i go back it won't let me and i need to restart it again for me to go back

Both controllers work in the main menu but only one works once I enter a game and so I can't play any 2 player games in the M33 gamestick. Please tell me a fix
i got... put the any mouse or any other usb device on gamestick's usb port and if the connected device is working then the fault in controller but if other usb devices have not working on gamestick then check usb port of gamestick and take a needle type thing and push the four points in the port to little bit up side then check again .. i did same. now my controllers are working well... we can use controller device with pc and mobile ..
Thanks for the video! Just got the gamestick and it's "overheating and turning off" right from the get go. I have it plugged in to a separate power source, and has lots of air flow around it. Is there something else I can do to get it to work? It keeps turning off after 5-10 minutes of playing.
Hmmm…maybe take the microSD card out and copy its contents to a name brand card such as SanDisk. I’ll try to find other solutions. The fixes I mentioned in the video have worked for others. UPDATE: Are you playing this on a 4k TV? Are you playing games in 4k resolution? I found that switching to 1080p resolution will eliminate the overheating problem. I’m working on a video to explain it.

Can the controller buttons be reversed? On the original NES and SNES controllers, it went (left to right) BA and these controllers go AB. This is throwing me completely off.
Hi is there any chance to upgrade the usb ram or cpu? Because while playing, the sound of the game crashes, or even when you want to use save state, the game sometimes resume. As i have verified, the heat of the usb is not the problem. Thank you!

Alxx maybe with another joystick, or using a longer USB or hdmi câble wich would make your signal source (game stick) close from your actually joystick but this is added spending to you game stick and it's Never good to buy more stuff than you should
You can absolutely plug in a usb controller. Just unplug the wireless receiver and plug in a usb controller. I used one that came with another one of these retro gaming consoles from a few years ago. The lag was completely gone and it stopped disconnecting.

hello there. while i was playing, the game frozen suddenly and when i unplugged the power supply andrestarted it , there was no hdmi signal. i changed wires, cables and tv monitor. while i see a small orange led indicator while on power, i see no hdmi signal on my tv. is there any reset button ??
Power everything down. Remove the microSD card. Power up with no SD card. Power down. Wait two minutes, replace the microSD card, power up. Also, those SD cards that come with the system are junk. Get a good SD card such as a SanDisk Extreme Pro and copy the contents exactly from the junk card the new card. That will fix a lot of problems if your card is still good. By powering down like you described, you may have ruined the card.

Unplug and remove the microSD card and put it back in, making sure it’s in correctly. This cards can sometimes go in crooked and not make contact. Check to make sure you are on the right input. Finally, do you have a compatible Gamestick? Meaning is it a NTSC version meant for the U.S. and you are trying to use it on a PAL (European standard) TV or vice versa?

So I absolutely love this thing but... For what it offers and what I paid which was like 30 something dollars it great but definitely has some annoying problems. Sometimes the controller will just start sporadically jumping up and down when I'm in the game menu. In the first time I turned it on it showed pictures of all the games in the game menu now it shows absolutely none. Also I switched it from my 4K TV to my 1080P and it helped a little bit it doesn't shut off but the stick gets pretty hot. Again I love this thing and I understand you get what you pay for. But with 40,000 games it would be nice to at least have the picture on the right hand side of the menu so I know what the game is since there's so many doubles and triples of the same game
Hi, I'm hoping someone will have an idea. I've bought the same 'console' got all the extras, 95% of the games I've tried works great. But some PS1 games like Tekken 3 has a terrible performance lag as if set on slow motion. Does anyone know how to fix it?
if you don't have the usb switch, you can just unplug the usb port so it will not generate heat... maybe we can use a longer micro usb cable and use an old phone charger to power the game stick. hmmm
Are you plugged into a 4K tv? I did an updated video addressing some problems. The game is supposed to be 4k but running in 4K it way overheats and won't work. Try plugging into a 1080p tv or monitor and see if it fixes the problem. These really won't work with 4k tv's.
I did an updated video. If the controllers won't connect then send it back. There is no way that I'm aware of to pair the controllers if they don't connect to the receiver.
My main grievance with it is that a and b are inverted and after decades of gaming my mind is not going to learn a new trick... So I'm going to throw it out and having to get a mini pc to set up my own emulator which also gets rids of this terrible controller. I had zero connection issues tho.

These controllers are on 2.4Ghz, same as most peoples' home wifi. Wifi will interfere with them at times. I would test turning your wifi off and see if they'll connect. I had a wireless mouse that would do that same thing. Reboot after reboot and sometimes it would connect but most times it would not. Turned off wifi and it worked every time. I then replaced the mouse with a more expensive one. No problems since. I'm guessing wifi is interfering in most instances.

Try to unplug everything and remove the SD card. Then put the card back in and plug it all back in. Sounds like a corrupt file somewhere on the SD card. I will say when selecting all Nintendo games to view, mine sits on loading for a while because it’s slow to load all those games.

I think that is one drawback to this system. You can’t save your progress and always have to start over

you can use these controllers with pc emulator though, i tried on retrobat and these are recognised without any settings

Return your Gamestick, it’s defective. Ask for a replacement. There is an error in the operating system programming and I don’t know how to fix that.

Hey Mike, thanks so much for all the work you do. I bought my kids the SF900 because they love the games us old timers grew up with. I cannot get the dang thing to show up on my TV. It’s all plugged in, light is on, and it won’t show up with I switch to the tv input it’s plugged into. I have 2 kids sitting here so bummed out. Thanks in advance Mike!! You’re a real one!!
