Croatia seem to only start playing when they go behind. They seem to play for pens from the start of the game. I have never seen a nation so confident at pens. They know they won as soon as the whistle blows to end the extra time. You do not see their players gulping and licking their lips in fear as you do with every other nation
not from the start of the game, after all we had 51% possession, but early into the 2nd half we sat back coz we were tired, and from then on until neymar scored we were playing for pens, obviously that changed when we conceded lol.

Not counting basic mistakes like putting a young man like Rodrygo to take the first penalty, Neymar couldn't even take the penalty. Mistakes after mistakes, and Croatia with its coach Zlatko showed how he manages a team in the World Cup again.
