hey, I guess it takes a lot of time to prepare everything and show us.. so I am very grateful to You for what you do.. because you showed how it all works, I don't have to waste time.. honey and beehives seem to be useful, but.. reinforced wooden elements are useless, because the way to them is too long, it may survive the storm, but I usually set my shelter on fire by accident
A few things I’d like to see in future updates: - Interior walls (and/or wallpaper) that can be snapped to the inside of outer walls (they could make a drywall recipe with silica / concrete or limestone, and then paint could be used for more than just paintings). - Decorative walls and flooring (rock / porcelain tile, stained wood, etc. - standard building pieces modified on the Decorations bench). - Carpets that can be placed on floor tiles and frame pieces. - More light source types (biofuel lamp posts or an antler candle chandelier for rustic decoration, for instance). - Ceiling fans (a cheaper but less effective alternative to air conditioning). - Extension rods for lights (and fans) to snap onto. - New decorations packs (Medieval / Renaissance, Viking / Celtic, Midcentury Modern / Retro, etc.) - Lifts / Elevators. - Path / road building, using a shovel as a pathing tool similar to the electric and plumbing tools; road types could be dirt, mulch (made with wood), gravel / cobble (stone), brick, concrete, and tar (charcoal and tree sap). - Rails and mine carts (and maybe rail cars to push them around). - Biofuel motorbike and ATV (fast but expensive mounts bought in the space station Workshop that won’t be attacked when parked and come with built-in lighting). The bike would be fast, but only have one inventory slot; a researchable sidecar could serve as a passenger seat and hold extra storage slots. The ATV would be slower but have more storage, and could have a researchable trailer with a lot more storage, comparable to a buffalo and cart, but somewhat faster. - Electric fence (upgrade from wood spikes for defensive fortifications). - A tropical inland sea paradise expansion with sandy beaches, coral reefs, deep open water, trenches, and volcanic island archipelagos (as well as the threatening flora and fauna that go with them - carnivorous plants, swarms of disease-carrying insects, giant crabs, kraken, leviathans, sharks, bioluminescent jellyfish, and other dangerous marine and jungle animals / plants). New technologies would include boats (from simple rafts to fishing trawlers), harpoon guns, pressure suits for reaching the deepest depths, etc. Battle typhoons and sea monsters at your peril to uncover and redeem new fish-themed exotics.
Josh, I have to say, Bee-cause of all you do, this was another OUTSTANDING update video! You have clearly been a busy little worker Bee on this one! Not only did you go through everything but you then provided us with practical (if vicarious) experience to show us what the update will mean in real terms. For anyone else this would be an over-the-top effort, but, frankly, once you read through all the new things associated with Bee's I knew you were going to test and demonstrate them... Sweeter than honey - It's enough to give me hives! This does make me wonder if bee's take explosive damage. If so, a pistol with explosive bullets might be a useful tool when you go harvesting hives. Even if the bullets don't hit the bees to explode, you may be able to hit something near them.... just Bee careful about getting caught in the radius yourself.. Many thanks, this is much appreciated. Bee seeing you around!
Thanks my grandpa before he passed away was a bee keeper and last year when our bees showed up and we put them in the hive we were excited! Can’t wait to try the honey 😂
Oh man! The bees are super cool but swimming up a waterfall was probably my favorite update! I built over 100 glass pieces last week soooo least helpful… for a bit!
Thayland: Great video! I'm going to have to try to find out if the wood is resistant to weather like stone. I bet it's not, however it will take a lot more damage before falling apart. And it would seem that lightening would catch it on fire unlike stone. testing soon.
It is the same resistance as stone, Just not the flammability. Which makes me just go with stone but to each their own 😀 but the hp on it is very high.
The reinforced wood is kinda of a disappointed. I really hoped it would have looked different, but like you said it's for anyone that really likes the look of the wood building pieces. Overall I'd say its a good patch.
I'll Bee Asleep for a week after this.... XD Thanks for watching! The Bees are Happy!
I really like the fact that you show how everything looks and works,.. thank you very much
Hey thanks for watching! Yep this one took about 12 hours start to finish so I as a long one but fun as always! Thanks for watching and your comment!

I’d agree with them all but sadly they already said no on the vehicles. Great list!

Oh bee puns 😂 bee seeing you too John thanks for watching!
LOOK MA I did it ...I LOL at that ..keep up the great content Josh the Salmon!!
XD yah that was funny I was laughing while doing it! Thanks for watching!
Awesome video, super comprehensive!
Thanks a ton! Thank you all for adding it jake 😀
Love the personal touch at the end!

@@LateNightStream keep us updated!
Awesome walkthrough. Needed help dealing with these. thank you for beeing here for me
Thanks for watching!

Yah they were a really nice addition! Thank god glass is less. It was always too high I felt.
Thanks for the update, this was a big one to cover. Does the storage perk affect the benches? A torch might help with the bee's (logically anyways )
Can confirm the storage perk does not help. Sadly
😶ty for checking@@HectorTriumphant
Yah the extra storage didn’t seem to help sadly. A torch would make sense 💯
Thanks for beeing here for us with all the new content... 🤣😂
You Better Beeleive it!
Jajajaja i cant believe you actually have a beehive... i have 3 wild bee hives, i guess this update is for you
Yep and we hope to have more 😀
Bee best in placing hives into the garden which helps with garden buffs and bee buffs.
Yep sure is
Barbie's Icarus Playhouse. I can hardly wait for the new Shoe Tree. Watching your videos is more fun than playing Barbie. Thanks for the update.
Thanks for the video
Anytime 😀

I agree it was and that it was a good patch fun stuff =)
They need to add a tether to the bees. Not sure Im a fan of them being able to keep up with a Moa. I do love the upgrades this week however.
Yah they are crazy lol but cool at the same time for sure 😀
I hope they make a reinforced interior wood building materials recipe
That would be cool
I would say the reinforced wood would be better used for a small 1x1 on the go for missions or sum but no real good use for a base
Yah much more reliable building materials that don't require sprinklers. XD
question do queen bees make queens as well as workers?
No sadly. Just the Workers. So the queens will eventually die off, BUT they last a good time.
Build 3.0: ruclips.net/video/vxEVy2OnSms/видео.html Check out some cool Icarus Bases
Does the bee hive buff to plants (increase to crop yield) apply to strange plants?
In my limited time I wasn’t able to check that out, but if it does your on to something 😀
Kinda weird most caves get way to cold to a beehive to survive not all but u dont get those often
Yah but most caves have holes in the top of them (ICARUS). This makes sense as a lot of the hive will die in the winter or cold environment.
I really wish they would increase the stack sizes of some stuff
This 100% great suggestion.
Not sure why no one is mentioning that the queen bees slowly die also
@@user-qs2qj2rf8b they are fairly easy to replace and take much longer to die
Please give us a biofuel flamethrower! I hate bees..
That would be fun to watch XD
So glad to see them wasting time on something like bees…
We’ll I quite enjoyed the addition but to each their own I always say.
