Mega Rayquaza would have destroyed the Meteor but would have also died in the process. Arceus isn't physically that strong. Its plain and simple but his Fanboys won't agree with that.
And Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre would be a tie. Basically, both would have almost killed each other and Zygarde(50%), Lugia and others would have stopped them.

Ash can bring lucario to professor oak lab as far as training with greninja is concerned.
How did infernape defeat garchomp if you said you won't add plot twist ash best bet will be lucario,greninja,charnizard and no Pikachu if we are removing plot twist.
Pikachu won't be doing anything since ground type is immune to electric and we are not adding plot twist
Charnizard will be at disadvantage due to typing but being able to fly will be beneficial
Greninja due to his speed and type advantage will have best chance
Lucario due to getting training from greninja in prof oak lab will defeat Garchomp as main storyline.
