When the cops wrongfully arrest Partick for taking the giant clams pearl. He fully accepts being arrested, tried, and punished for a crime he didn't commit. But also in regards to his super powers - all four of SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy and Squidward had powers in the episode in which Partick had the elastic stretching abilities. It was due to the superhero suits they were wearing. Mermaid Man said that, "the power is all in the suit", that the suit is what gave them the powers and not that they themselves possessed any powers. So he may have powers but the elastic stretching ability cannot be used as evidence. Damn I didn't realize just how much of a nerd I was about this show 😂

I'm a little Smarter than SpongeBob so I figured it out, but it took my other other Autistic friend...who had a more severe case...YEARS to figure it out because they begged me not to rat her out. I will saying KNOWING she was there to watch me eventually became a GOOD thing in my case since although as a kid I was uncomfortable talking to people, she was specifically trained to work Autistic children so asking her for help was actually easier... My friend did eventually figure her out and his parents stopped her services but before leaving the school my parents hired her privately to work with me only for a few more years since I had surprised them and NOT turned down the help.... I have a 4° idea for the Kraby Patties: I think the Krabby Patty is made with whale meat. Think about it: There are very few whales around, plus where is Pearl's mother? And then why would Krab care so much about his daughter? Then think about this too: Do you have any idea how much meat is available in an adult whale for a scavenger crab and small fish? Mr.Krab made his first crab patty with a real crab, he liked it and went to his secret lab (with the red patty) episode as proof. He then mimicked the crab ingredients and turned it into a non crab krabby patty. Still working on evidence for my sub theory but 🫢

In that episode we learn that Mr. Krabs has an addiction to chum. He goes to the only other restaurant that sells chum other than the chum bucket because he could never be a customer to Plankton. When the other chum restaurant shuts down, Krabs has no other way of recieving chum and ends up having to go to Plankton. So that pretty solidly disproves that he does not use chum in the krabby patty recipe.
