That was such a beautiful video! I feel replenished. Great story telling and boundless wisdom shared. Truely awesome.... I really appreciate everything that you do.
Fantastic video of this pretty village, thank you George, we have been many times and always take our visitors there. Lovely to see the lace work and ecclesiastical artefacts, not seen these before on our previous visits. Another very interesting museum in Omodos is The Struggle Museum, a piece of history about the Resistance Army and their fight for independence involving the villagers. if you haven’t visited, it's worth going and easy to find at the bottom of the village. Thank you again George.
You just keep getting better and better. Fantastic museum. I find the lacework scary since I daren’t think how much time as well as incredible skill goes into it!
Great video George, visited there about 10 years ago but could never remember it's name when I told people how nice the village was. The wife had her first taste of Cyprus coffee there which cured her hangover in about 5 minutes! Shame she didn't know it's healing properties before she completely wasted her Elysium breakfast 🤢 Hope your leg is doing well 👍
hello i loved your clip = I m going to Cyprus (15-22 nov) with my wife .i love nature and mountains while my wife likes shopping and buzzing city life. the plan is to rent a car and have 1 night in Larnaca, 3 nights in kalopanayiotis, and 3 in Limassol. I have some questions.. 1-in terms of the days spent in each area, do u recommend me to change anything in this on week plan 2-how is the area around Kalopanayiotis in November, am I going to be able to dine at the restaurants nearby or will some of them shut down during this period 3-is it important to have heating in the accommodation? 4- i want to buy a pre paid phone sim card so that i could make calls and use the internet. so is there a specific carrier that i should go with? many thanks
Itinerary seems perfect. Mountains will be cold, limassol will be chilly at night. Definitely heating. Pop to any kiosk and they will sell you the sim, they have charts see what fits your needs. Have a great trip.
