    Ingredients for Gundruk Ko Achar (गुन्द्रुकको अचार) as known as Fermented Mustard Greens Pickle
    1 bowl soaked Gundruk - १ बटुको भिजाको गुन्ड्रुक
    Chopped Onion - काटिएको प्याज
    Ginger Garlic (paste/chopped) - अदुवा लसुन (पेस्ट / काटिएको)
    Green chilli - हरियो खोर्सानी
    Chilli powder - खोर्सानीको धुलो
    Roasted tomatoes - पोलेको गोलभेडा
    Dry chilli - सुकेको खोर्सानी
    Mustard oil - तोरीको तेल
    Fenugreek seeds - मेथी
    Turmeric powder - बेसार
    Lime juice - कागतीको रस
    Coriander leaves - धनियाको पात
    Salt - नुन
    Ingredients for Gundruk Bhatmass Ko Jhol (गुन्द्रुक र भटमासको झोल) as known as Fermented Mustard Greens with Soybeans
    Oil - तेल
    Salt - नुन
    Cumin seeds - जीराको दाना
    Dry chilli - सुकेको खोर्सानी
    Chopped onion - काटिएको प्याज
    1 bowl soaked Gundruk - १ बटुको भिजाको गुन्ड्रुक
    Ginger garlic paste - अदुवा लसुन पेस्ट
    Turmeric powder - बेसार
    Cumin and coriander powder - जीरा र धनियाको धुलो
    Chopped tomatoes - काटिएको गोलभेडा
    Cornstarch - कोर्नस्टार्च (makai ko pitho)
    Fried soybeans - फ्राई भटमास
    Water - पानी

    Wow, Amazing video and Well done.
    Especially for me, the last part was epic: the person on the right enjoying the dish with the spoon and the left with his/her hand (Nepalese style). Nice one.

Eating food with your hands does not only feed the body, but it also feeds the mind and spirit and therefore the hands are considered a powerful organ. For this reason, many Nepali believe eating with the fingers creates a sensuous connection with the food and enhancing our awareness of taste 🙏🇳🇵
