FEM’s martial law had been instrumental in the prevention of the spread of communism in the Philippines. It is an important liberating chapter of Philippine history. Although there were some abuses, the number of cases approximated to the cases of abuses with or without martial law. So in essence, Martial Law is a good part of history when we are speaking of preservation of basic freedom and democracy brought about by temporary special restrictions and collateral damage of martial law. #FerdinandMarcosIsAHero

idinahilan nalang nila yung "communist uprising" kuno para legally mag-declare ng martial law. pero yung purpose naman talaga ay upang lalong mapatagal ni Marcos yung pamumuno nya at makapagnakaw pa lalo sa mamamayan. kita nyo, 174B na ang nababawi ng pamahalaan mula sa Swiss accounts nila.
