He probably would spend the money on alcohol as the majority of the homeless people in Mongolia drinks alcohol almost every day. Usually they went homeless because of alcohol but I am not sure though, quite a sad sight to see but it is what it is.

To answer your question or at least try .last I checked it was 961 cases and zero deaths! And over 500 recovered..
