I have my Dreamcast Console NTSC-U Version with controller board clock battery mod and GDEMU Board comes with 256gb SD card of every Dreamcast Games in North American Library.

When I modded my Gamecube with a full size disc clear dark purple case I lacquered the exterior but matte lacquered the interior but masked off like in tiger stripes. I then modded it with a jolly roger discount capable mod chip which cost me a small fortune back then (and never used lol except the DVD player thing) and pulled off a volt feed to power a few strings of UV and cold white LED's arranged to pick up the striping on the inside of the case. I even bought from Lik-Sang I think they were called, a pair of matching clear controller shells but used EL wire in those as the voltages were less easy to find for LED's, EL wire is awesome stuff and def recommend. I did change a couple caps back then as they were looking none too happy but have forbidden daughter to use it of recent as I want to get in there and do a full recap, tear out the LED strings and put in some LED COBs on a tape and just give it a damned good cleaning as it has had years upon years of daily Chao feeding on Sonic Adventure 2 by my daughter who has some extremely funky looking creatures in the nursery lol

I've been wanting to do this to my Dreamcast, but haven't found a reputable selling when I shellin out $50.
I'm also waiting to see if someone figures out a PICO-Boot style setup for the Dreamcast
