Thanks very much for the video. Mine just came yesterday and eager to get it set up. I will watch your video another time and hopefully will have a easy time putting it together. I have to cross a river with it so hopefully all goes well.

Good video. I am just about to order a 130 , but watching this definitely helped me to figure out where to assemble and set up. Nice being able to work off the forks!

Nice video, I have owned a Woodland Mills HM126 for a couple years. I like it, it's a good mill for a decent price. Your videos are informative, after watching this first video I found several things that I didn't assemble correctly. Mine works OK but I'll repair a couple small items in the track since I'm going to put more support beams underneath this summer.

I like your close-up photography of the mill. It answers many of my questions.

I used my impact screw driver on the bolt end of the feet. With standard length, 12 feet to assemble went really fast. I got the extension so I had 18 to assemble.

I have a problem with my up and down. It seems like the Teflon too tight. Somebody said there’s a bolt to lose it but I can’t find it.

Hello! Thanks for the video! I am planning to buy Woodland HM 126 and think that was very helpful to see your video :) Have you enjoyed the sawmill?

I hear you on the old tools; looks don't matter all that much. How do you feel about applying a little anti-seize compound on all threaded track applications? I live in rural Nova Scotia where your teeth will rust if you don't greas'em!Thanks for the video btw. My HM 126 is still sitting the crate till I can figure out where to park it and on what...lol!

There is play in the cross-sections you want to square it with the other rail to be more perfect but I'm sure this is ok.

Im actually about to set mine up, but have discovered something. I forget how many bolts there are, but 8 of them are longer than the rest, now the instructions that came with the mill are honestly crap and leave a lot to be interpreted during assembly. So I am assuming the longer bolts are for the center plate connection? -hope so. lol well thank you for the vid. Yep answer at the end, thank you sir
