U can follow and learn recipes from @bristihomekitchen.She always have innovative and healthy recipes.And i noticed that u don't feed ur kids veggies like lauki,turai(good for digestion)and seasonal veggies which came in winters. From all the videos,i guessed u r highly influenced by western ideology.When i see western ppl adapting Indian cuisine of different states and culture.I feel its necessary for us to hold it. Before being a bengali marathi,we r Indians.U can learn other state dishes like dal dhokli,lauki ka halwa u can make for them instead of fancy names things which actually they don't enjoy.Instead of sugar u can use gud.Makhana is good for us but everything beyond a limit is not good. U can make moong dal sandwich for them,lauki dal..basic Indian cuisine from different states can give them proper nutrition actually.
Plz tell guru to spend equal time with divisha also . I have always seen liliana more holding hands or around papa and divisha less .
