Blake won me over with "Time of the Season" and again with "I need to know". He is the real thing. Everyone may not care for the beatboxing, but lets face it, that is part of Blake, like a tatoo. It's his singing, dancing and passion for what he does that we love. I can see him going big places in the entertainment industry and wish him all the best.
Blake was one of my favorite contestants of all time, the sort of things he did to make these songs his own haven't been matched by anyone on the show, save David Cook.

By far my favorite performance of blake lewis. I already loved that song and honestly his version was not a classic but just as good as the origional which is very hard to do. Even more I can't wait untill he puts out a record. I'm sure with his creativity it will be amazing.

I am a HUGE classic rock fan and I thought this performance was amazing! He didn't ruin anything trippypeace. They are supposed to take well known songs and make it their own and he was beyond amazing. Can't wait until he releases a CD and i dont listen to any current music.

His success was and remains an accurate result of his authenticity. Blake is top effin notch. Hilarious, kind, adorable and realer than real. Talented and progressive, a humongous gift to our existence.
I am old enough to have been in high school when this smash hit originally came out by the Zombies...but I could listen to this version by Blake over and over. Wish he could do it again in the finals, if they let them have a choice. Remember, Kat did "Over The Rainbow" twice....
