I really enjoy watching your videos. I don't think I would ever want to jump into a 1 euro project but the other videos you have are more in my idea as a project. I watch a bunch of real estate websites and I never see the gems you find. Obviously the websites I follow either don't cover those more rural areas or you got an inside lead on great deals. You make some very good content.

You had better have a nice little nest egg to lean on if you decide to buy a 1 euro house. You would be much better off with a 10-20 euro house that has working plumbing and a decent roof to start with. Nice video and thank you 👍🏻
I live near an area of Chicago called Little Italy 🇮🇹 ❤. In the sandwich shops there , they are exactly like those friendly ladies. Thats what I love ❤️ about the Italians always friendly and outgoing ❤😊🇮🇹

I was wondering when the shopkeeper shouts that new residents are needed, but his counter is full of fresh goods that most EU shops have not even dreamed of. They are usually clogged with chemical and sludge-soaked products wrapped in plastic.

I was thinking Abruzzo would be a good place to look near the coast (We presently live in Vancouver, Canada) so we both like water and mountains but neither of us can afford to retire here.
I think you would have a lot of choice for agricultural land if you don't expect/need a house on it. Find an area and a town you like, go to the bar and put some feelers out there and you'll have people offering you agricultural land left, right and centre 😉
