Kent - I'm in my second week home from the hospital after a cardiac bypass procedure - and you popped up on my Facebook feed! Just what I needed to bring a smile to my face. That burger does look downright DELICIOUS! Maybe not right now for me - but, in the future, after I've lost some the of lard from my frame, I will review this video AGAIN!. The doctor says I've gotta good many more days 'above the ground," now. I'll be enjoying your fine cooking through your recipes and video. Bless you, Shannon, and all the dogs.

Where im from there are 2 parts to brisket. Theres the "flat" which you mentioned of course. Then we have the "point" which is more visible on some briskets than others. Some of them its like a little brisket mountain 😂. Love any video involving this cut and you are a brisket master! Its an art

My wife and I...on our honeymoon several years back...had the bright idea of wrapping the bacon around the side of the burger and then crisscross over the top. We cooked it on high heat over wood fire and man! Best burger ever...the high heat didn't dry out the burger because of the bacon and the high heat allowed the bacon to crisp up.

Finally! A RUclips cook who builds a phenomenal burger that is good looking BUT is actually edible! Yes, your brisket burger is big, but it can be eaten. There are lots of RUclips cooks out there that build these burgers with3pattys, all the fixins and them sandwiches end up being 8inches tall.
Kent, I tip my hat to you for building a great traditional looking burger with premium ingredients that is practical! Well done 🤠!
I am also firmly in the "small reasonably-sized burgers" camp, I cant stand burgers that are too big to fit in my mouth.
I know it...if they want that much burger just eat two.....I got a good sized jaw but I'm not an anaconda😂

Gotta big #22 motor drive.
Can grind a whole brisket in less than 10 minutes.
I always put all the parts in the freezer at - 4 below zero.
I trust my grinder sanitation over the stores.
This way I can eat it rare if I want.

Brisket ground into so many meats just is amazing..fam went hunting and got some axis deer..whew! Got it mixed with brisket and it was literally the best burger I’ve ever had

Getting up there in years but still game!
We started grinding our own meats, last year. (When ground beef got so expensive! And hard to find!) And I have not regretted it! I know exactly how fresh the meat, is. We can gauge how much fat content is in each batch. And you can add spices, mix it fine or course, and even blend it with another cut of meat, for the perfect flavor. (Like brisket and chuck). Its easy and fun! And the meat so much better!
Made special today for the 4th, comments were " best burger ever" and " restaurant quality". They were fantastic! Thanks for this one, Kent!
I ground up some steaks for steak burgers on fathers day, and ate them with cheddar and pepper jack from wisconsin. love the video sir!
