This is my favorite song from the album. Her voice is seductive but alluring and it keeps you interested in hearing her the entire time without failure to slip away and being ignored. This chorus has a feeling that if you want to doze off, you’ll be jolted up out of your sleep by the way she sang ‘Dead Man Runnin’.
I feel like it FITS but not that it has a place within the existing discography - like we know Red Velvet always brings new sounds and these sounds are not necessarily existing sounds, but the quality, the level of interest in the production and vocals, Seulgi's quality of delivery that we are familiar with although she gets to flex in a slightly different way here - it feels like a song that is made by a Red Velvet member but without feeling like it IS a Red Velvet song.
