My theory as to why Halloween has taken off so much with millennials and Gen Zs is that at the end of the day, it isn't really considered a "family get together" kind of holiday, but rather a time to hang with friends. If you are distant from your biological family or perhaps even have trauma, Halloween is the holiday for found families. Christmas is the time people feel obligated to go back home, even if that often means the reopening old wounds- because, after all, "They're family". Personally, as someone who is very close to my immediate family, I feel a greater sense of fondness for Christmas than Halloween, but I will admit that the latter has become more enjoyable the more adult friends I make. Even if I'm too lazy to bother with an elaborate costume, it's a pleasure to watch my friends be creative and silly.
It's weird every time I see Allen's face now after years of only hearing him on audio back in the day. Idk why I always imagined he was a big linebacker lookin' mf, lol.
In Africa, Halloween and Thanksgiving nearly don't exist. So, Christmas for us by default. Thanksgiving only get celebrated at one Church congregation that I know of. Halloween don't exist in below middle to low income households. You'll see some high school kids, students or office workers having Halloween parties, but only in the upper class areas. So, I can see it being popular amongst grown ups...
Honestly halloween is alot cooler than most holidays. Christmas is hella overrated and commercialized WAY to much to the point alot of people like myself are almost fuckin sick of it.
the saddest part of all is that society acts like christmas is an industry when they forget it's just a holiday like every other one they think it's a industry cause of all the shopping but every holiday involves lots of money spending
@@thebonk7138 i mean to be fair christmas in july has always been a thing for years cause it was just a way to get "prime" deals in the summer but of course lifetime and today's generation made it way more serious than it needed to be
Allen’s pulse never went above 85 during this entire conversation.

Allan reppin The Hurt Business. That's why he's the GOAT
bro has 4 lines of dialogue. "yep" "mmhmm" "oh yeah" and "that's true"
When Allen said dill pickle, I at first thought he was talking about the Rugrats character, and I was like "oh no that can't be out there 😮" lol.

It gives us the excuse to not take ourselves so seriously. We work hard pay bills, take care of family. So yeah, kid-out for a day.
Ah Halloween. The one day a year Diddy gets to be himself 😂
Or the one day he gets to dress up as The Joker.
They have a whole BBL Drizzy costume out now for Halloween so nothing is sacred..😂
The only holiday I can act up with my friends 😂 the weekends before Halloween are lit.
Halloween is the ONLY time you can dress up and not be looked as strange or laughed at!

In 2016 I wore a sexy gorilla outfit with running makeup: I was Harambe's mourning wife.

You'll gotta wait until halloween while cosplayers are doing this all year around
For some reason I can guess that Alan isn’t dressing up like a horse for Halloween.
I hate New Years and 4th of July, so boring. It's all about Halloween and Christmas.
There was actually a horse costume with boobies flopping.😂
definitely not more meaningful than Christmas.
Shoulda typed in sexy mr. horse
Women wearing scantily clad costume objectifying themselves- "Don't state at me!"
Don’t “state” at me? Ok. Which state? Kentucky? Florida?
Eventually the double toasted crew will leave Korey Coleman to do better things than kiss Korey's ass.
