I also like Laura Geller's French Vanilla highlighter. It was originally sold as an eyeshadow, but she found out people were using it as a face highlighter and changed the marketing/description for it. I'm sure she's sold a lot more product that way. Have you tried any of Laura Geller's baked blushes? Apricot Berry is my favorite.
What a great review! I lost my PML under eye powders. May repurchase now. I have been using Danessa Myricks loose powder instead. I love concealers too. Huda is next up for me and maybe the Dior backstage. I have been mostly using the other Dior concealer (forever skin). It’s ok but not wowed by it and I don’t have dark circles to cover but those divots you discussed.
