Thank you for sharing this, and making it available. To anyone who doubts whether or not Josiah Leming can sell a song, I encourage them to listen quietly to "Theysay". It is (by far) one of his MOST passionate performances of vocal quality. The searing high notes with ease, the somber low tones throughout; all combined make one amazing performance. Makes me almost think of U2; like a typical Bono wail. Haunting lyrics, very raw and aggressive. Determination all over. Sends chills every time. A+
It's 2023. There is a war going on, bloody and cruel. This song echos with it. I can only hope that Josiah has lots of success in his upcoming European tour.
Have to add a comment...its been over 6 six years since this awesome video has had one!! Please like if you agree that this has to be one of the best songs he has done to date! Perfect piece.
This is one of my most favorite "Josiah" songs. It shows great maturity for such a young person. Josiah is a true musician and an amazing lyricist. Love it!
yes...this is so pure and natural and rough but that's why I love it. It makes it seem like he's choking with tears through his words. The new version is too perfected which makes it seem to lose it's average person emotion. This is and always will be the best. I can just put this on blast and lay down and drown in his voice and just cry myself to sleep. "Forgive me now" for what I'm about to say, "but they" who ever held me back in life "can burn in hell".
Has he doen anything with this song , this should be a rock classic, if not that commerciallized in some way, this passion and these lyrics should not be relegated to youtube.
