Hey, For milk tea you can also try this recipie - boil 1/2 cup of water with tea leaves for 2 minutes and then add 1/2 cup milk and boil again for little bit. And after transfering into tea cup add condensed milk For ginger milk tea- grate little bit of ginger and boil with water and tea leaves. Rest of the process is same.

The way you're so diligent about the colours and the aesthetic of your videos relaxes me in a way that I can't even explain haha - this video wasn't different!!^^ I'm from Brazil, a japanese descent (by the way, sorry for the english mistakes O-O) and of course, a big fan of your vlogs. About the recipe that u tried with the strawberries and the and the sweet red beans, I'm not sure if what u were trying to do was what in japanese culture calls "ichigo daifuku", but the process was very similar so I wanted to give u just a tip about this sweet in particular, because I learned from my grandma and I help her to produce and sell this on japanese festivals here in Brazil. Well, u ask in ur on video "good start?" when i were shaping the red beans sweet around the straberry, and I can garantee to u, it was a GREAT start!!!! Really, the only thing was the mochi that covers it! When you make the mochi in the microwave It supost to be a little...squashy, more like it was before u add more rice powder. Because after the heat, it's going to be harder and it'll be similar a bread dough (just hotter and a little bit softer). It needs to be in this consistence so u can throw it in the sweet starch. Then fold in a way that this batter covers with the starch just "two folds" are good -and It doesn't stick so much in ur hands - and then cut (with ur hands) little balls of mochi, stretch them around your ball of red beans and strawberry. The fact that u will stretch it will make it easy to close the mochi around (the exactly way u made with the red beans sweet and the strawberry)! P.S.: If u fold too much or the batter stays too cold or too hard It may be difficult to close the mochi I really hope that it helps u in the next try because I know how much u like to do desserts at home and this sweet is sooooo good!!
