If someone eats your lunch at work and keeps eating your lunch, then you can put whatever you want in your lunch knowing you won't be eating it. No matter how malicious and ill intent that lunch you make. Personally, if I were that doctor I'd be concerned to what will be in the lunches going forward. But that doctor thinks he is above everyone else and that he is untouchable.
