You probably won't see this bc this was posted a few days ago, but you asked a couple of times about the inverted controls and I thought I'd answer (honestly I'm praying this even makes sense). Let's take the turtle game in the arcade as an example (2:11:41). When you push the turles legs right, the water goes left bc it's opposite from the legs, and if you push right the turtle would spew water to the left. It's probably easier to see when watching it than playing, so I'd recommend rewatching that part (or the light part in the Deep Sea). This is also what would happen in real life if that were a game, so although it seems weird at first it's actually realistic. (Hopefully this makes sense and I didn't ramble or make typos too often 😅)
This has been on my watch later for a minute (I have to be in a mood for long form content) and omg seeing OT become just. Fully octodad. Until the controls are weird then octodad is his own entity that OT trash talks
