Do you mean motion blurr? If you do it's very hard to use. It should be used minimal but it's hard to do

@@JustAClumsyBoi it actually makes it more realistic. Say you look at a fast moving object, your eyes can't comprehend how fast it's going hence it being "blurred" like you see multiple things at once

I know which Video Editor apps you used! But what's the effect you used in 1:02

For that effect I search terms like "bullet impact greenscreen" or "bullet spark effect" depending on the kind of look I'm going for, I also search muzzle flash to get that shooting gun look, overall simple, but hope you're able to find a good variety on what you can use!
