I agree, too slow.
You can change the replay speed of a video by using the Setting key at bottom of videos. You'll see you can slow it down or speed it up.

When you move at the perfect pace that you are moving, it gives a person a bit of time to jot this and that down so if we forget whatever, it is in our notes. Usually person who gets bored with this or that quickly, unfortunately forgets this or that, whatever ingredient or amount of it and the temperature and time that it is to be set on and their result of their cooking is lame. You can speed it up yourself by using the settings at bottom of the video. I use that all the time when watching youtube channels. I speed up everyone.😆

When learning to cook, and to watch a video that isnt detailed, too fast... not clarity in steps... and i would have to rewind etc during the process... is def not a good cooking video to follow.

I agree. Not necessary to show each step six times. One time might not be enough so possibly two would be best. But most definitely not six times.
