If you have a good enough budget then try perfumes from designer houses like chanel or carolina harrera or dior, they wont be dissapointing. But if you have a slightly lower budget then try skinn series by Titan.
I don't actually agree with you. Although sites like fragrantica and some big names in perfume review have said that but i could go with this in all the seasons and it would still stay as inoffensive and dashing as it has been!
