Also, no matter how many videos I watch I can never get over how gorgeous she is!!!
Dude, I'm 28, going on 29, and I've only been driving for a few years. I was TERRIFIED at the thought of driving. But then something just changed in me, and I started driving, and now I drive all over the place, all the time. I'm so proud of you! I know it's a lot to overcome that fear! ❤

I’m 26 and got my first car last year at 25 because I moved to a new place and couldn’t rely on my mom anymore…it was so embarrassing but when people around me saw how anxious it truly made me, they understood. I still struggle with highways but I’m a pro at driving around my little town now! Hoping it clicks with me soon so I can drive longer distances :)

kennedy in her stoner era is everythinggggg. so happy you've taken time to work on yourself & your anxieties. keep killin it babe love to see you glowing
I didn’t start driving till I was 23/24 because of anxiety and the biggest thing that helped me was kind of shifting into the confidence the people around me had. I told myself “if my best friend can do it, I can do it”. You may have to tell yourself “if my sister/brother can do it, I can do it” almost telling yourself ‘pshh this is easy’ in your mind. It may be feigned confidence at first but channeling it enough makes the biggest difference. Before you know it, it becomes true
Your whole vibes gives me evermore/folklore and it makes me feels so relaxed. I also tried embroidery a few years ago but haven’t done it since and you inspired me to get back into it 🖤
It’s so inspiring to see you work on your anxiety because it’s been my biggest issue right now. I’m 23 and have the biggest fear of driving. It’s setting me back from many things so this video actually gave me a lot of inspiration. Thank you
I'm 23 too, and in have decided to get my drivers licence again this November after failing two years ago. It causes me anxiety but I hope this time I can do it
Kennedy's videos are so relaxing and chill, and yet motivating in a way. You don't force yourself to do things if you don't want to do it, and instead do things that make you happier, or that will ultimately improve your day/life. Even the little things like embroidery can lift up the mood, and that's really cool to see. I love the one-on-one bits of the video, because her witty personality and dry sarcasm always shine through one way or another. I'm really glad you're doing well, Kennedy ❤ Ruby and Percy are THE prettiest cats ever!
So glad you're back Kennedy! Btw if you're experiencing PMS worse than normal, you should talk to your gynae about possibly having PMDD(Premenstrual dysphoric disorder). It's a very common disorder which is basically heightened PMS that can feel very overwhelming and scary at times. My best friend has it and she got it under control now which has helped her a tonne! Anyway, just a suggestion to perhaps look into it :) take care and welcome back! ❤️
I'm so interested in how she got it under control because I am 100% sure I have PMDD but I definitely don't want to get in birth control to "control" it, and I haven't heard of other solutions. Curious to know :)
Thank you Kennedy for talking about never wanting to be on birth control. I always feel kind of weird for not wanting to do that to my body since it's already so messed up and putting even more hormones in my body just doesn't sound like the best idea. I see everyone on it like it's nothing but hearing that you are not, just made me feel better and makes me want to continue to not do that to my body. Thank you ❤️
I’m almost 36 and have never felt more confident and content with myself! 🎉 so happy to see new content from you 😊 and YES PMDD is the absolute worst 😢
The best part about getting older is growing to discover, accept and embrace who you really are. it was so comforting to hear you talk about feeling more yourself the older I get - it's helped me settle into the feeling of getting older. also love the haley heynderickx!
I like the concept of vlogger telling a stories of them on a trip or events occuring to them rather than filming the whole thing and shovint cameras to other people face. It feels more close, as if listening to friends telling their stories after a long school break on a first day of school, they wont show you a video but talk and shows pictures
Love the chill/cozy vibes that you bring with your videos. It's always nice to know what you've been up to or what's in your mind. I hope you overcome your fear of driving and you have a stable mental health. You're awesome Kennedy, sending love ♡

My only ever true wish is to be able to speak to you in person because you’re one of the few people I actually look up to.
:) Happy for you kennedy! I'm proud of you too. I understand how anxiety can feel crippling since I am also struggling, but seeing you get better makes me happy and gives me hope
You always show up at just the right times - I’m just about to turn 22 and have the same anxieties about letting go of childhood and overcoming things that once felt impossible. It feels great to know that many others feel the same. If only I could wake up to two kitties circling me in my bed 😻💗
wow you described exactly how i feel about driving and im so glad to hear you managed to overcome those feelings. makes me hopeful that ill manage too :) love u
Kennedy, your description of the way you experience premenstrual syndrome, especially how you talk about things like depressive thoughts and dissociating and other emotional symptoms, sound a lot like premenstrual disphoric disorder (pmdd) and not just regular pms. I don't want to diagnose you all the way from my country, but you might want to look into it and find ways to cope with your psychological symptoms before your period. I know how it feels to suffer from those, so i hope you get better.
this was so relaxing and much needed. i relate to you more than words can describe. you make me want to be better and you are so incredibly articulate and thoughtful when you talk and that’s what i aspire to be. i’m so proud of you for getting out of your comfort zone because i know how much it takes. i’m incredibly happy you posted and that you are doing amazing things with your life 🥹♥️

As someone with driving anxiety myself, driving 3 hours by yourself is a huge deal!! Also going from Maryland to Virginia you probably had to go through DC which is nerve wracking in and of itself. So proud of you!
i love myself, being alone, just being me, starting when I discover your channel. I missed your vids, queen! 🤍
it was so comforting to hear you talk about feeling more yourself the older I get - it's helped me settle into the feeling of getting older. also love the haley heynderickx!
I want to see you getting your hair retouched and the process of getting your hair the colour you're having, it's amazing 😍
Kennedy is soo funny and relatable
I like the concept of vlogger telling a stories of them on a trip or events occuring to them rather than filming the whole thing and shovint cameras to other people face. It feels more close, as if listening to friends telling their stories after a long school break on a first day of school, they wont show you a video but talk and shows pictures
Kennedy always brings me comfort with her videos. She somehow manages to make me feel relaxed and at peace with them every single time.
Love the chill/cozy vibes that you bring with your videos. It's always nice to know what you've been up to or what's in your mind. I hope you overcome your fear of driving and you have a stable mental health.
You're awesome Kennedy, sending love ♡
kennedy you should make a video recommending your favorite books to us!! i’ve been looking for some good reads
As a guy struggling with anxiety and depression (and bc my country -France- is literally falling appart and I don't know what to do with everything that's going down the streets), thank you for having the energy to come back. Watching this video of your return was soothing. Following you on instagram is not the same as videos so thanks for this one. Take your time to come back when you'll have the energy for it, I hope it would be as soon as possible. Take care ! 🌼
C'est un vrai nid de sérénité, comme toujours 😄💕
“the sun just came out… the sun is gay 🤨” I LOVE YOU
Feeling the 20s blues you talked about in the beginning of the video, thanks for being relatable and echoing with my soul❤
I love this growth your having!! I also am really striving towards independence and am also being held back by fear. Seeing your excitement when you tell us your accomplishments really inspired me ❤
A long video oh she’s feeding us today. Happy first day of spring everyone 🌼💛
I can relate to this video so hard!! I'm probably gonna watch this video over and over and over again. I can feel everything your saying, when my period comes my anxiety gets X10 times worse and the feeling of not feeling anything is ugh... i have a feeling we would be good friends:)
Kennedy, I don’t know what it is about you but I feel a special connection. Every time I see a video from you pop up in my feed it just lights up my day. I was particularly excited to see you’ve posted on youtube again. With no doubt everyone can see how much you’ve grown these past years and I was filled with so much joy listening to you report about the past months and how much you’ve accomplished that I actually cried. My only ever true wish is to be able to speak to you in person because you’re one of the few people I actually look up to.
i love your videos. you’re def a comfort influencer. also you were born to have red hair! i adore it 🤍
Everyone needs a Kennedy in their life. It would bring smile to both parties.
it’s so beautiful watching you come back into yourself, love you always ♥️
Liz brought me here.. and I’m so glad she did:)
Kennedy we NEED an ACOTAR related video. Your thoughts! Your progress! Please read the whole series!!
:) Happy for you kennedy! I'm proud of you too. I understand how anxiety can feel crippling since I am also struggling, but seeing you get better makes me happy and gives me hope
I LOVE watching you grow Kennedy. you're doing great.
I know how it feels to suffer from those, so i hope you get better.
this was so relaxing and much needed. i relate to you more than words can describe. you make me want to be better and you are so incredibly articulate and thoughtful when you talk and that’s what i aspire to be. i’m so proud of you for getting out of your comfort zone because i know how much it takes. i’m incredibly happy you posted and that you are doing amazing things with your life 🥹♥️
Yk the feeling when u don’t realize how much u miss someone until you see them? So yeah❤
From one artist to another you are extremely talented!
At almost EVERYTHING she does it’s really crazy
i feel seen whenever i watch her videos, just everything in her is so me. i see me in her toughts and her fears. she makes me feel like a beautiful person, inside and out 😕
Hi Kennedy, I’ve been watching you since I was 15, I’m 19 now, still here. Your videos make me feel seen. I struggle with Anxiety and Depression and I’m also an aspiring Actor, and seeing how much you’ve progressed makes me so proud, and it gives me hope too. So thank you for being the stranger on my screen. I’m sure there are thousands more who feel the same as I do when I watch your videos. I can’t wait to see you in the movies!
you’re literally my comfort person
It's so good that you're driving! I was watching Claudia's videos and thought about how she's moving and I was concerned that you guys wouldn't be able to hangout as much or as freely because driving was somewhat of a debilitating experience (which I understand), so I'm really glad that you're driving! It's gonna be so exciting to see you guys embark on your new journeys and chapters!!
Claudia is moving??
so glad that you’re back! your videos really helped me with my anxiety and they were always so cute. i enjoy your videos sm, tysm!
When you talked about driving i teared up. I have major driving anxiety and i just started therapy for the first time in my life and i hope one day i can also say that i can drive feeling confident and safe. So thank you for this ❤
Yall are so weird. Scared of the dumbest sh*t I swear.
You're probably the only RUclipsr that I watch videos of without being on my phone the whole time I missed you
i just got my wisdom teeth out today so being able to watch a new video from you… it’s like a reward
Love how chill your videos are. And was great to see you in Brandon vlogs again 😂
I have never been so stressed watching someone peel potatoes and then she kicked it up a notch

Who else joined this video after Wizard Liz’s recommendation?😃
I love discovering new channels and this one got me! Great content☀️
@mythical It was a story with a link to this video on Instagram
I relate so so much to your situation and honestly it made me feel so much less alone. You make me feel so content and okay, it’s insane
Kennedy's videos to me is therapy
Watching this while on day 2 of my period 😭 I feel you, girl
Kennedy, girl, I am over bawling my eyes out. When you started talking about how u used to be so reliant on others and felt so closed off, but now u feel so open and able to do more on your own, it gave me so much hope for myself, because I am currently so afraid of everything that I want to do in life (especially driving) and seeing ur growth is so inspiring. As a viewer, I am so beyond proud and happy for u. ily.
U like speak all my thoughts into existence gurl
you & claudia are so beautiful & comforting. I’m 25 but I wanna be you when I’m older 🤍
kennedy talking about getting high before bed resonated with me so much girl we have the same night routine!🤞🏻❤️

You and ashley bestdressed are my comfort person, ily ❤️
Who's here bec of liz🙋♀️
How lovely. I love your energy and the cozy place you have created for yourself🌹❤️
Normally, periods shouldn't be so hurtful. I have something similar to edometriosis and i had surgery for that to extract 3 mioms or things from my uterus. I suffered that for 5 years till i saw the doctors and he made the analisis needed.
What is similar to Endo, do you have a diagnosis?
The new Lana song you used in the end is so so so good not enough people are talking about it
