Have the exact one. I have it after a year now. At first was amazing work really good and the night vision. Now the night vision doesn't work and I did little research and so far I have found that most of the night vision baby monitor by the time they stop working. Day light is still the same just the night vision

One of the worst tech experiences ever.
I bought this camera on 9th January 2023. I worked fine until 5th December 2023. Now no matter which corner of the room I set up the camera, within 5-10 mins connection to the camera is dropped and parent unit shows connection to the baby unit lost. If I restart the baby unit then it connects back.
I have tried reaching VTech support in my country (which is with third party) but they never reply to calls or emails. Seems I will have to throw this device out and bring a new one and ensuring not buying it from Amazon.

Have you tried updating the software? Not sure if that would help, but maybe. It can be done in the menu on the parent unit. Good luck! Also, if nothing else, try a hard reset on the back by pushing the reset button in. It's a tiny hole so it needs something very small. I used an old reset "key" that I had around for an old Verizon phone.

This thing sucks. It works for a few months and then it stops working or connecting to parent unit. We went through 3 of them
