Strawberry Flower to Fruit Time-lapse (Aphids Issue)

  • 36 days time lapse of a strawberry plant from blooming to fruit-bearing. There are lots of aphids hovering around during the process. I had tried to reduce the bugs by wiping it with water and dish soap but that didn't do anything. Most of the flowers were hand-pollinating yet the fruits weren't in the top-tip shape like they would in-store.

A qaurter cup of vinegar, with a drop or two of soap mixed in. Leave it beside your plant. Flies and such will be attracted to the vinegar, and get stuck in the soap.

The life cycle of a strawberry is very interesting,
Starts off as a flower, but turns into something you can eat thats typically sweet! 🍓

What grow light do you use and do you leave it on for 12 hours or 24 hours? I’m very interested in growing stuff inside.

    • @eLapseTime

It depends on your source. If strawberry roots/runners are infected before planting, then it'll appear no matter where.
