Few month back we decided to purchase a flat on so On 2nd November 2022 builder takes 2,50,000 as a advance money of flat.. after that we submitted papers at bank for loan and asked builder for mother deed...
And at that point builder said he don't have mother deed and without mother deed bank declined the loan...
So after that we are requested to get back our money and he said he don't have fund he didn't able to back our money until he sell the property... he kept out money from last 8 month I have all the agreement papaer

However, today I received an alert with a remark that "THIS CASE DOESNOT PERTAIN TO THE JURISDICTION OF AHMEDABAD CITY, PLEASE FILE CASE TO AHMEDABAD RURAL. You can file afresh complaint enclosing with above order,this will be a permission for filing fresh complaint and also time delay if any will not be questioned

We paid for him for Air ticket, but when we reached at airport the Air line said you have visit visa and destination country temporary stop visit visa holder for this particular sector
And now he refused to refund saying Air line did not refund.

On the top of Index "District Consumer Commission, Gurgaon" with complete parties name should be mentioned. 2.On the top of List of dates "District Consumer Commission, Gurgaon" with complete parties name should be mentioned. 3.On the top of Memo of parties "District Consumer Commission, Gurgaon" with complete parties name should be mentioned. 4.On the top of affidavit "District Consumer Commission, Gurgaon" with complete parties name should be mentioned. 5. Consumer complaint should be signed.
They want "District Consumer Commission, Gurgaon" with complete parties name should be mentioned on index too.

Initially i didn't had case number, so i mentioned Application no. generated via eDaakhil on my complaint and verification documents & uploaded same on eDaakhil.. Now since complaint is approved, i have to submit documents with forum. Do i have to mention case number instead of Application number on documents or shall i keep Application number as mentioned on original documents?? Thanks in Advance
In fact case no is given by court only ,they only fill itt You leave it unfilled they will do the needful ,you will get number

When review petition is being filed in SCDRC, how can be state commission order be available? The field is mandatory with red asterisk. Please advise
Review petition can be filed before the same court I.e.before district court in your case
When you preferred review before SC,they might have understood you are filing review of SC Order
