I think this one is based more on Viktor Frankls work. Suffering and pain...its something...logotherapy. With all due respect this womans pain may seem manageable...she seems ambulatory so this pain that she doesn't exactly describe and then looks away seems driven by her mind. Body holds shame/guilt/trauma...then again we age etc acceptance is key.
I don't think it was very helpful for the lady, nor it was for me. Unfortunetely this ain't particularly Gangaji situation. I mean, at 4:39 for exemple, when she says that she lives in the physical body, I totolly get that. Any human being understands; one simply are, feel... if my arm is ripped off, i'm going to feel all the violence/intensity and pain of what I am being cut. If one have a disease, like she says she does, she feels and "cries", not only physically, but the mind that we identify with "cries" as well. So, Gangaji responds that SHE IS talking about the physical body... But, the way I see it, these enlighted people are so deep living in this state of observation/awareness/attention/peace/nothingness/space in between, that they really don't understand anymore that "we live in the physical body, u know". Anyway. Thanks for the post. Better than nothing I suppose.
Thank you for the video. I fell in love with Gangaji after watching this
