Organizing Committee of Assosciation of Rural Surgeons of India Conference ( ARSICON 2017) arranged a cultural programme at North Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre, Dimapur, Nagaland on 17th November 2017 evening. Chicken Dance was the most liked programme.
