I LOVE logic games and am obsessed with The Search for Planet X. Lost Species and the upcoming UAP are on my wishlist. 😍 I've been eyeing Coffee Rush. The components are 😍!
You guys have such an amazing life. Honestly I watch your videos and I just feel relationship goals and lifestyle changes I want for myself. Yall are like an injection of positivity :)
My flgs passed on to us some asmodee savings and I picked up Small world of warcraft for super cheap. I never bought small world cuz did not look like my kind of game. * just gonna tell ya, I loved it. I want to play again, but maybe with more people.
My February was a light one for board games, especially compared to January. I did finally get and play Final girl and enjoy it. Actually set it up while watching this video. Also played Mythwind and really enjoy it. Can't wait to play more.
Yes! Halls of Hegra is so damn good. Very difficult to win but so much fun. I’m only two plays in and one of my top solo games (coming from someone who plays games solo a lot)
Jamie: "This is the perfect drink. I love it." Jeff: {places bottle as far away from Jamie as possible} 😅 Jeff, have you tried Soldiers in Postmen's Uniforms? Solo siege game set on the first day of WWII. You might dig it. I got a copy recently but haven't tabled it yet...
Yeeeeeesss, War of the Ring! Gotta get my copy to the table now, too. Had a similar experience with Star Wars Rebellion where it sat for years because it felt so intimidating, but we finally played it and had a blast. Glad WotR was a good experience, I know it's one you've been talking about for a while. With Prodigals Club, have you ever played Last Will? That's the precursor (and if you have it, can actually be incorporated into Prodigals Club as another model), and I loved the theme and design but ultimately found it a little simple and repetitive. All that praise for Prodigals, plus your comments on the weight and complexity, is making me rethink trying to track it down and giving it a try... (in a good way!)
We have Search for Lost Species and like it. I prefer the theme of a similar game, Search for Planet X but my kids like the theme of Lost Species better. Standout game of last month was The Vale of Eternity. Good at 2 or 3 players. It’s a card, engine builder with some very interesting restrictions where you are limited to 4 purchase coins (regardless of denomination) and can only play the number of cards equal to the round number.
Jeff, so glad you were able to give Halls of Hera a try and it’s awesome to see the game getting more coverage! I love how you phrase it “last as long as you can” cuz yes it is difficult to “win”, but such a rewarding game
Have you guys tried Tobago? Tobago is an adventure game in which the players use representations of treasure maps to locate unknown treasures. During the game, more and more information about the location of a treasure is revealed and its possible locations are gradually narrowed down. When the location of one of the treasures is finally revealed players try to reach it as quickly as possible to secure the findings. The more clues you have provided, the more of a stake you will have in the loot.
Oooo…I love this game! I bet Jamie would like it. I played it at our local board game night. It’s a deduction game where you’re trying to find buried treasure on an island. It’s hard to find, at least in the U.S. but I just found a copy online. It has jeeples and 🗿 Moai (of Easter Island fame).
3 of the games I taught yall showed up in the video. Im declaring myself the winner of February
Murphruary
We appreciate your sacrifice

War of the Ring is my 2nd favorite game of all. Nice.
Glad you loved Halls of Hegra. I was so hyped for this one and it exceeded my expectations. Amazing game.
Agreed!
I had 154 plays of 73 different games and 15 new to me. 1/2 of those were BGA. I love stats 😁
Almost 100 games in 1 month?? Thats impressive! I love this style of video btw! I am always looking for new and fun board games to play!

The crack in Jamie's voice about sums up my reaction to Jeff's approach to "fan service"
Trio was the hit of February for me, took it to a family ski weekend and everyone loved it.
Yay!! Glad you enjoyed it!

Nekojima available for pre-order now on board game bliss!
It amazes me how many board games you guys get played each month!

I’ve not! I’ll look into it! Thanks
My highlights this month were Karvi, Hickory Dickory and Bitoku with the expansion. Love playing new games!
Thanks for sharing!!

I’ve been playing vale on BGA! It’s good!
I'm sad that your Foster the Gameathon will be during a drill weekend, I'll have to be at work most of the time :(
Ahh that sucks! Sorry to hear
Glad the snack video recaps are back!

February was truly the month of Fliptown over in these hurr parts
Wow, did she ever stop running her mouth?
Imagine watching a video just to leave a comment like this. Sad.
Trolls be trolling. Pay them no mind. They live in a constant state of sadness and self wallowing.
Would be a pretty boring video if she sat in silence chomping chips for 20 min. 😂. Love your chatter. Keep it up meeps.
@@fludzbehindme god forbid Jamie talks on her own video right? How dare she be so bold
talk away jamie.
