Title is misleading, this is not a complete list. You are missing the three *True* ending cutscenes for the Demigra Saga. They are obtainable if you steam-roll Demigra, in the True version Goku never shows up for the final battle, instead that Time Patroller defeats Demigra by himself, with the final clash showing the spirits of Goku/Vegeta/Gohan/Piccolo/Krillian spurring him on to destroy Demigra. The last two cutscenes are simply swaps, Tokitoki uses an unknown ability to teleport you out of the chasm (rather than Goku's I.T), while the last scene simply shows that Goku was still with Trunks outside the Time Vault when you return.
Uddin Kun There is only one alternate ending, and I already wrote how....you just need to paste Demigra in the final story mode battle as fast as possible without losing your health. There are two requirements that both must be completed together: 1. Finish the battle within 2 minutes 2. Do not go below 50% HP Breaking either of these conditions causes Goku to join the battle in SS3 mode to assist you. Completing the battle before those happen will net you the True Ending. As for replaying the story....well you can replay any battle and the cut scenes around that particular battle, but not an entire saga in one run, and you can't restart the story like NG+. They are available by going into the Time Vault where the Supreme Kai of Time is, but they don't run sequentially, you basically choose which battle you want to play and enjoy. If you want the True Ending, just replay the final battle in the Demigra Saga and fulfil the conditions, you will see the cut scenes involved.

Nobody wants to see that. Look at what happened with the Budokai HD collection, they edited the hole in Goku's stomach as well. Times has changed, and it really doesn't matter.
