My biggest flaw was a flaw in thinking: I was spinning my body as a result of a hard pull... never got over 400'
Then I started throwing the disc as a result of spinning my body into the throw instead of as an aftereffect... got 450' on the first day.

I think this hits on a good point. I've been stuck at throwing 300-320ft (only stand still, going to incorporate the x-step after winter). Today, I tried to focus only on my reach "back" and weight transfer and just letting my arm sling forward on its own. Threw several throws 360 ft. and was more accurate on my shorter throws

When I field practice distance, I have discs scattered all over the field. When I go to collect my 70 discs, I place the collection bag in the middle of the field and throw all discs back to the bag from where they landed. That allows me to make the best use of time and work on distance and approach. Tomahawks are fun to practice for returning to the bag. I try to land them in the bag.

Best aha moment so far is that you should swing the disc using gravity instead of throwing on a flat plane. Also Moste people dont throw with a arc away from the body using the upper body to turn ending up with shoulders perpendicular and not a good follow through. Lead with the shoulder instead

My favorite, I think, is one of the very small idyllic towns and villages along the southern coast of Norway. From stavern and all the way down to Grimstad you'll find boat life, and idyllic small town vibes and friendly people.
