Spider-Man is a crime fighting, web-slinging brainiac who is also a teenage boy, who later grows up into adulthood of course. Peter Parker is the man behind the mask and the brains behind the inventive genius. Peter Parker invented his awesome web shooters himself. These awesome gadgets allow him to fight crime and swing from place to place, all of the New York skyline.
But did you know that originally, Pete invented them and hid them underneath the sleeves of his costume?
No one really knows what the web fluid is actually made of, although it has been mentioned that Peter was working with multi-polymer compounds. People have been trying to commercialize his spider silk for a long time now; it is organic and basically the best material out there.
He invented different types of webbing for different situations, like flame and sonic webbing, magnetic webbing, ice webbing, and so much more. Sometimes his webbing is organic, as it was seen in Sam Raimi’s film trilogy.
Did you know that Peter gave Mary Jane a set of web shooters for her own protection, and that Tony Stark helped design them? In the “Clone Saga”, Ben Reilly improved the web shooters and wore them outside of his costume. Spider-Man can run out of webbing, and he often does. In the new film “Spider-Man: Homecoming”, the web shooters will incorporated and they will be outside of his costume, just like Ben’s. Plus we get to see the awesome web wings, we are so excited.

okay i’ve searched everywhere for this but in spiderman: far from home.. in the venice water attack/battle spidermans web shooters kind of ‘spawn’ on his wrist like they just appear and i’m so confused how it happened cause he didn’t have his suit... can he make web shooters spawn in?

I do prefer the mechanical webbing because it adds a lot more variety to his skills, my only problem with it is the amount off problems that arise when he runs out, like enemy's getting away and what not

if i recall correctly, one of the main ingredients of the webfluid are... eye drops.
i think it was mentioned at "the sensational spiderman 0", when ben reilly took the mantle and had to start at zero again with all his equipment and suit.
and one major fact is, that the web is dissolving after one hour by itself.
pretty neat for the police and one reason, why it can't be reproduce that easily, because only peter knows the formular.

I think it is made out of a composition that hardens whenever exposed to oxygen and then he compresses it into small Chambers and then put some inside the web shooters and presses the trigger to release it

Did you know that if you watch Sam Reimi’s 1st Spider-Man movie really really slow he actually has web shooters
He doesn't. He only does in one scene and they cut most of it out. If you watch slowly you can still see them, but not very well and after that he doesn't have them. This is because he was going to have webshooters but Raimi decided not to.

Here's an 11th secret about Spider-Man films that everyone noticed back when: Sam Raimi did a good job of pushing aside dumb details about Spidey's costume and technology to focus on the hero himself and his struggles, thus creating 2 of the greatest superhero films of possibly all time. One of the issues with the Amazing Spider-Man, and I'm getting a hunch its going to be similar with Homecoming, is that they make too much effort to point out that Spidey had technological web shooters rather than organic webbing. Raimi may have slightly upset some hardcore Spidey fans, but he managed to make some of the most enjoyable superhero films to date because of small details like that.
I like the issue where a young woman found his clothes and additional web shooters but she couldn't push the trigger until she hit it with a hammer and ended up stuck to the wall for a few hours. It hadn't occurred to me before they he could make them too tough for anybody but him to push.
