This video can be used as refresher for those Korean learners who have already learned Hangul but need a refresher. It can help absolute beginners with learning Hangul and vocabulary. Hi!! I have been watching your videos for about 5 days and got about 90 percent on the listening tests!!! WOW!! I am impressed!! I just started learning Korean, and I find it very easy (so far) and I LOVEEEE your method, your voice, and teaching style.. I am an English teacher to French kids in France and know 5 different languages, and have studied 7 languages during my life... I find Korean very simple to learn compared to a lot of others.. Thank you very much!

      Hello. Your story is very interesting. I guess you felt Korean easier because you have a great linguistic talent. I was a little worried because there are a lot of comments on my channel that Korean is difficult these days, but I'm glad you aren't. and thank you for loving my teaching style. I want to continue to be a helpful person to you.

    I hace been learning hangul for about 3 months and finally I could understand a bit more the differences between the aspirated and the normal consonants . I failed at :
    -part 2 round 7
    -part 3 round 9
    But I know I need to still practice in order to get used to these sounds . I would like to ask you miss if the difference between the normal consonants and the aspirated consonants it's just that you stress the last letter or vowel for example GA and KÁ ( I don't have the KR keyboard)

    • @alphakoreanclass

      If you can't tell just by listening, it's helpful to see the shape of one's mouth. "아" is the sound of opening their lips big and wide but "어" is the sound of making their mouth smaller. I hope you watch one more related video and follow along.

    Part is 6 is sooo difficult. heeeelp how do you differentiate the double consonant from single?
    Like ㅂㅂ , ㅍ, 더 etc

    • @alphakoreanclass
      @alphakoreanclass  4 года назад +1

      The biggest difference between double consonants(ㄲ,ㄸ,ㅃ,ㅆ,ㅉ) and single consonants(ㄱ,ㄷ,ㅂ,ㅅ,ㅈ) is whether to apply pressure to the throat or not.
      And the difference between normal consonants
      (ㄱ,ㅂ,ㄷ,ㅈ,ㅎ...) and aspirated consonants(ㅋ,ㅍ,ㅌ,ㅊ,ㅎ) is whether the air in your mouth is slowly released or strongly released. I recommend that you watch this video over and over again and practice pronunciation.
