Thank you for this! Stevie Wonder is my all-time favorite artist and I’m a RUclips guitar student of the past 2 years and have been searching for a tutorial for this song. If I could make a humble request,… can you do a tutorial for ‘As’, ‘Overjoyed’, and ‘Visions’? I’d be more than happy to contribute a donation. And THANK you for your tutorial, great teaching
Is there some sort of finger style tutorial that we should be looking at prior to attempting this song? I'm a few minutes into it and it doesn't seem to be being addressed lol
Thanks very good (from a keyboard player). Those chords are not trivial and I have found it difficult to pick them up just by listening to the track. But your solution is very convincng!
learning music theory (caged, etc) balanced with rhythm practice... Also a question with this song about- some music shows a F7 (in C) or E7 (in B) for the 2nd chord, hard to hear exactly what Stevie is playing

Well done , Thanks!
How do you play the g over f chord in the modulation part as you don't explain the figuring for that chord?
He Played F on the 1st fret of the low E String & the open D G & B strings (Gmajor triad)
@johnmaclennan Awesome! I'm working on this tune at the moment, these voicings sound great! Do you have the chords and fret diagrams? 😄
I'm trying to turn my scales into licks and leads. Maybe practice exercises to help build speed and transition from one scale to another?

I feel like you would get way more views if you put tabs on screen
❤. Intro sounds a little Off. But the rest seems right. I’ll follow up. Thanks Jon.
Very difficult to play on a guitar what was in fact played by TWO keyboards on the record.
