Impressing performance by the Transatlantic Trio by Joscho Stefan with support from Volker Kamp on bass. Johnny Cashs `Understand your man` in a stunning arrangement.
"Understand Your Man" is a song written and recorded by American singer Johnny Cash. It was released in January 1964 as the first single from the album I Walk the Line. The single went to #1 on the country charts for six weeks. The song also crossed over to the Top 40, peaking at #35.
Cash Box described it as "a medium-paced, rhythmic ditty which offers a meaningful plea for man-woman understanding."[4]
Cash borrowed parts of the melody from Bob Dylan's "Don't Think Twice, It's All Right", which itself is borrowed from the song "Who's Gonna Buy You Ribbons When I'm Gone".
It was also the last song Cash ever performed in front of an audience. It was the last song in his performance at the Carter Family Fold in Hiltons, Virginia, on 5 July 2003. Prior to singing it, Cash told the audience that at that point he had not performed it live in 25 years. (It was not, however, the final song he ever sang as, despite failing health, he continued to make studio recordings until late August 2003, shortly before his death.)

Super Groove 😍
the finest players, simply the best
Wow, i think these 3 are the gods of guitar acostics in Greece. They send me back to western time, in saloons from long ride on horse hehe
The first ever trio with four musicians, maybe Volker wasn't counted. Great playing by everyone and I continue to be amazed by Rory, I've had years of being amazed by Joscho and Richard, so now it's Rory's turn. What a truly great player he is.
😢
"The first ever trio with four musicians"... Love it :)
Rory is so amazing with that technique! Great stuff fellas!
❤
I am very happy to enter RUclips and see a new video by Joscho and his musicians... thank you.
‘‘Twas ever thus. Man do I wish I was there.
Top Class. Love it ! 😀
Spilled my coffee all over trying to bop and walk. WOW!!
it's just magnificent, very beautiful music Love it❤❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏
UnBelievable
Un sacré trio à quatre où personne n'est en trop...
Extraordinaire!
Merci pour le cadeau.
Truly fantastic musicians! One question: I've seen various videos of their performances on RUclips, some an hour long, some more than two hours long. Only one single minute of this fantastic music is already worth it all, but I am curious about how long normal performances by the incredible Transatlantic Guitar Trio are, since they seem to vary. Do you know?
Very, very nice!
Master Level!!!!! 👏👏👏👏
Three of the world’s best.
Eu me vejo tentando "achar" quem é o melhor. BESTA ! IMPOSSÍVEL !!!

Absolut genial 🎉🎸🎶
❤ Love it! Their shows I wanted to visit in Germany were sold out, so at least I can listen and enjoy 5:26 here.
Wow
Quatro.. transatlantic quatro..
sounds a little like don't think twice it's all right
Not Jonny Cash, Bob Dylan, " Don't Think Twice, it's alright.
I thought so too
The bass is still holding it all together and deserved his own time.. and a place in the “trio”. The get fiddlers might be some jazzerfied flat pickers who sold their souls to a fretboard but the bass is just as much apart of em as any…
