Great video! What would be the usual dose of LA when combining parasacral sciatic and lumbar plexus block? How much for lumbar and how much for sciatic? What concetration of LA (bupi) to use if we want to get surgical anesthesia level with this block combination?

I have a question for those of us with access only to shittier ultrasound machines: I've seen an approach where you visualise the bone (ischium?) in the greater schiatic notch and apply your local anesthetic by contacting the bone through the piriformis muscle. The local should supposedly spread medially towards the nerve. Do you think this is a viable option?
