Your presentation makes me wonder more deeply about the impact of taking children from their country, culture, family and community. It makes me think of the Aboriginal children who are not placed in kinship care by the State, and especially of children, teenagers, and young adults that are warehoused in detention centres and prisons that are far from home.
About moiety, I wonder if the way we grow up in the type of society we're in doesn't push us to be less about the heart... We're living in an unbalance...
