The only reason Britain got industrialized first was because they colonised us. They forced us to trade with them and even sent immigrants. So Industrial Revolution and colonialism is very related. Tho colonialism happen first than IR so saying IR is a disguise at colonising is not true at all. After all, even our country is newly industrialized.

Too much naive and emotional debator. Debating about respect each other and no racism in IR. But how can you don't respect men opinion and blaming men because of relationship doesn't work ?? CHILDISH.. You just show your gender racism. You debate and asking for respect each other but you're the one that don't respect men hence you're the one that promoting Gender racism. That's why women are rarely in IR. Most of people in IR are men.
I don't think you understand how debates work. The main key is to convince the audience that your side is better; it’s all about persuasion. Sometimes, using an emotional approach can help turn the motion in your favour, with this debate being a prime example. Also her comment on relationships was sarcastic. That'll give points to her manner of speech.
