Today we have the new for 2021 CollectA Megalosaurus up for review. This little lad may look a bit better in person, but it still makes me oddly uncomfortable.

Neo kind of looks like he is that kid trying to catch a ball but hopes it doesn't get thrown to him! (Pretty much me when i was a kid! 😊). Have to say I love the bases on CollectA figures.

Ykw this figure actually looks a lot better then I was expecting. I really dig that head sculpt (besides the mouth feeling a bit too big) and I really hope they rerelease a "hunting" Neo on a base to sort of continue the story if you will. Those legs are terrible oml.

The legs and arms look too stiff. I do like the more vibrant colors though, even if reused. I agree, they really should just bring the bases back.

Not really a super huge fan of both the Neovenator and Megalosaurus, but it is still a decent pick up for me especially since how uncommon these species are in figure form. CollectA did a better job on their Non-Dinosaurs for this year, that's for sure.

Pnso doesn't have bases either. Their figures never stand on their own.

I have no idea what's wrong with a removeable base. If you don't like bases, just remove the base. But CollectA just went "they don't like bases? Destroy them all"
