Hi Everyone, We hope you enjoyed our video! Which small Class C motorhome UNDER 25' did you like best? Do you prefer a travel trailer, motorhome or 5th wheel? Please say hello by leaving a comment below and sharing your opinion about these RV floor plans.
You make some very valid points about the placement of the micro/ oven as well as Tv. I totally agree .It's very refreshing to have someone pay such attention to details that others might miss . Thank you, great tours. .
I am 4ft 10. I like the microwave down so I can actually reach it. As for the slide out beds, I would cut that mattress in half and never open the slide out. I can easily sleep sideways in most queen beds.
Slide outs can be a huge problem! Do you have a rig with slides? If so what are you driving and do your slides leak and have problems? Thanks for watching and commenting! Mike

Hi Mike and Susan! I like Thor and also the Entrada. I like the Gulf Stream with the two sofas. In the Thor i didn’t like combo of the brass or nickel together. I’m with you on that Mike. Didn’t like the shower curtain either. Thank you Mike and Susan! Have Ave great week and see you next week. Safe travels.

@@RVBlogger we have owned the following over the last 18 years. Coachman Leprechaun 220QB, Holiday Rambler Vacationer, Riverside Retro, Aliner, and now an Escape 21C which is made in Canada. The quality of the Escape is far superior than any of the others. We also have a CampInn 560 which is another well made camper in Necedah, WI. Some of the issues encountered with Indiana made campers are slide roller brackets never have been secured to the floor which promptly ate the flooring, loose wiring from the factory, an Atwood tankless water heater which is best suited as a boat anchor. Thank goodness we found a Truma tankless water heater which was wonderful. On another, the slide was pushing out the side wall from the camper. Aliner had a Kool Kat AC which had no drain pan, guess where the water went! The Coachman had screws coming out the TPO roof. We could go on and on!
We just don't want to deal with the slide; we just want to be in the simple and easy care. Please do the same video with those class C without the slide. Thank you 👍

I like the Gulf Stream layout. Particularly, well suited for a couple with no kids or other passengers. I like the use of the over the cab area as storage with finished cabinets because you can never have too much storage in an RV and the dual sofa/bed layout. However, the under the bed storage area access door appears difficult to access. You would have lay on the floor to access items under the sofa. It seems very awkward. A better solution would have been to make the sofa portion with hinges so that you can lift that side of the sofa to access the under the sofa storage area from the top. As it is, I cannot see that storage area being used and certainly not by older people who have back and knee problems. Not very well thought out.
I agree that the under-bed storage access is awkward! You bring up some excellent points! Sure hope they are listening (reading). Public opinion is what makes change. Thanks Olsen...Can I call you Olsen? I feel like we are on first name basis today! 🤣
I think, if they’re going to have two different metal colors, use the brass for the kitchen hardware & faucet & the appliances can be brushed nickel. The brass would be a nice accent in the kitchen area but would look tacky on the appliances. That's why the appliances should be brushed nickel.
Hey Mike! I absolutely love the layout of the Gulf Stream, but a Class C is probably not in our future. Do you know of any regular towable trailers that have a similar Floorplan?
I can't say I do right off the top of my head...but I have seen some toy haulers with opposing jack knife sofas...maybe someone else will see your comment and recommend a good trailer with a similar floor plan... Thanks for watching! Mike
They are all similar to our 2024 Winnebago Vita. 24.5 feet. Our queen bed is in the mega slide, so not usable if we cannot put the slide out. I can never recommend any adult sleeping in the bunk over the cab. Horribly uncomfortable and way too tight for 2 adults. Ask me how I know? Had we not had my mom with us, sleeping on the dinette bed, we could have slept there. We both fit and it’s comfy!
Howdy, love your videos! I wonder if, since you carry the tape measure with you, if you could measure the width and length of the shower as well as height. I am talking about, but also a bit bigger. Just be nice to know.
I have been trying to remember to give those measurements...some of our reviews include them and others do not. Thanks for the suggestion! We rely on our viewers to tell us what they want to see in our reviews - so thank you! Mike
For the price of these RVs, the manufacturer should have given greater attention to detail. It would not have been cost prohibitive for the manufacturer to have the hardware and appliances match in color. As it is, it seems as if the construction had been haphazard; using whatever was available at the warehouse/plant without thought or effort for quality control.
These were very cool! I may sound like a broken record ; but I sure wish you could tour the Snoozy plant, it is in a new location but still in South Carolina.
Next time we are in the South Carolina area we will have to reach out to Snoozy Camper! We love fiberglass! Thank you for the suggestion and thank you for your support!
I agree about location of the cubbies over the cabin - However the TV is well located to watch when sitting at the Dinette - Are you having any reviews on the Entrada 210NS (No slides) - We are looking at that one as a potential purchase ... Thanks for doing great reviews!
I like the microwave up high because I can’t bend down that easily and the design with the low microwave seemed awkward to read the buttons/ program the microwave.
That's fair. I'm vertically challenged (Susan) and sometimes a microwave too high poses a problem. But I understand back and knee issues bending down. Countertop height is ideal. Thanks OlsenTheWonderDog!
@ Both my wife and I are vertically challenged as well. While I would agree with you that the ideal location for a microwave would be countertop level, countertop space is a premium commodity in an RV kitchen so I would not sacrifice the countertop to accommodate a microwave. Other than the placing the microwave up high in an upper cabinet space, another option would be to mount a microwave below a high cabinet so that it is at eye-level and leaving the countertop free of space. Yes, such a placement would intrude the space immediately above the countertop, but it would still provide enough room (depending on the dimensions of the microwave) to use the countertop for food prep. Just a thought.
One time, just one time I want you to get four adult or even two adults and two kids and have them sit in the dinette and see how comfortable they are. Put some food with drinks plates silverware and ready show how "comfortable" they ate
hmmmm! Great point. I think we could do that at an RV show. Thanks for the tip! And thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Sorry, not quite sure what you mean. Could you rephrase? Which motorhome? Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Hi Renee, one big reason we review so many Class C RVs under 25 feet is because they fit in most campsites. But can you clarify your question a bit so I can give a better answer? Thanks! Mike
It all depends what type of chassis they sit on and how popular they are in the market place. If they sit on a Mercedes chassis they will be close to $200K. On a Ford, Dodge or Chevy chassis they would come in much lower. Plus - remember we only show the MSRP and its a buyers market now so you can expect to negotiate 35 to 40% off the price.
Maybe I'm just a bit picky but for the kinds of prices they're asking for these days I expect better more logical use of space in floor plans, matching accessories through out the coach. Each of these coaches had at least 4-5 immediate changes that I'd have to make right away before talking them on a trip. It's kinda like they go high end on one item and then cheap out on something else.
You're not wrong! Floor plans and features in smaller motorhomes isn't always smart. Practically is more important to me than high end design. Thank you!
Please be aware we only show the MSRP and since its a buyers market you can expect to negotiate 35 to 40 % off of MSRP. So you can pay less for a model that will require 4 to 5 changes you would like to make. lol. I'm kidding and we agree - these rigs should be better for the money we pay for them. Thanks for watching and for your comment! Mike
Good question: Over mount sinks exist because not all countertops allow for an under mount sink because the sides of the countertop would be exposed to water with an under mount sink. It's just that simple. Thanks for watching! Mike
I would rather have the microwave convection oven too low as to have it too high.i have to use a step stool to use the microwave oven in my trailer and worry about spilling things getting them out.
$110K+ for that East West and the door on the cabinet above the dinette doesn't even close flush, it's hanging open. How'd something like that get out of the factory? And you're right, that TV and cab over bed is laid out all wrong. That tells me no attention to detail. And East West is supposed to be a "good" brand.
I would have to say that the manufacture missed the point on this Class C. The bunk area is defiantly backwards, the head should have been located at the other end. Also the microwave should be located at the top not the bottom of the cabinets. We have ours on the bottom and I am literally on my hands and knees just to operate it. Hope they do better in the next motorhomes they build.
That is very common in RVs. Not ideal, but common. Slides provide so much more living space but the downside is cramped or unusable space when they are inoperable. Unfortunately we know this all too well LOL! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
