I bought a Beta 200rr a few months ago and also think the suspension is crap. I'm glad to see someone else thinks the same and it's not me making excuses and being a whinge!

Thanks for watching! Mark loves the 200cc bike, he actually raced a 2020 Beta 125 RR a few years ago for the whole AA season so he enjoys that smaller bore engine. Next year they might focus more on the hard enduro type racing so the 200 might be the next bike for him! Enjoy the ride, Jared
What's the benefit of running the jersey over the hydration pack? I've never seen that.

Good Morning! Mark has been doing that for a few years and the goal is to reduce any possibility of a stick grabbing material and pulling him off the bike. The water pack usually has a loop or straps that might stick up higher so the jersey might help the stick glide over instead of going under. Thanks for the comment! Enjoy the ride, Jared

Great video. I have a question that’s not related to races. I consider myself between a novice and intermediate rider on single track. I ride a 22 klx300ds right now but I’m wanting a 2 stroke for strictly single track. I don’t ride really fast. I’m 58 and am around 200lbs and 5’10”. I really like the 200,250,and the xtrainer. Haven’t gotten a chance to ride any of them yet. What would be your recommendation
Good Afternoon, if you have the chance I would highly recommend trying the bikes at a dealer when the closest dealer to you gets the Demo Pod bikes (Once a year dealers have the opportunity to hold demo events). I am a huge fan of these 200's. The 250 is way more revvy and can wear you out quicker and the Xtrainer can fall behind in the suspension department if start to ride faster terrain. The 200 sounds to be the best choice! Thanks for watching, Jared
