The spotlight: Rationally I know nobody can care that much about what I do but it's such a deep modality for me... sadly it's contributing to my lost of courage and self estime.
@@elisamanuelaluna I totally get that, that's why it was also a big one for me. I think everybody feels that way from time to time, but maybe reminding yourself of that effect can help create some distance over time and increase the courage gradually...doesn't have to come over night, just keep at it
You made some very valuable and practical points. Thanks for sharing With having 15 lessons, maybe adding chapters to the video would be useful. But I don't know how it affects watch duration, and other stuff.
Can you make a video talking about things you are applying for? Grants, galleries etc? I liked your point about applications being worth it, and then realised I don't even know what I should be applying to!
